$360/kg 每隻約1kg per leg 世界最大品種八爪魚大而粗的爪,在北海道捕獲上岸後將粗鹽揉上去,去除八爪魚黏液。鹽洗幾次,肉質變得緊緻有嚼勁。在海邊煮後急速冷凍。 解凍時放置於筲箕上,雪櫃裡自然解凍,切好後蘸上醬油、柑橘醋等等的調味料,或直接像剌身一般食用。如想切成薄片,最好趁處於半解凍狀態的時候,比較容易掌握。八爪魚和泡菜很配合,切好後加入青瓜、調味料,放雪櫃過夜讓味道滲入,會更好吃。 📌此產品之網上價錢是根據平均重量計算,最後單價需按實際重量計算(通常+/-5至10%) The world's largest species of octopus with large tentacles! After being caught in Hokkaido sea, salt is rubbed on octopus surface to remove its mucus. Salt bath will enhance meat’s texture and chewiness. They’re then frozen rapidly after being cooked. Place it on a strainer to thaw naturally in refrigerator, cut it up in desired size, dip with ponzu sauce or with other seasonings, or eat as sashimi the usual way. Do cutting during semi thaw condition if you want to cut very thin slices. Octopus and kimchi pair well.
