Salsus uses mainly Norwegian vegetables (seasonally dependent) such as carrot, onion, parsnip, fenick leek and herbs. Norwegian climate ensures quality - plants grows slower with colder nights, are more solid and have less water. This gives the vegetables more taste and higher nutritional value.
