Recommended ways to cook haddock fillets: bake, pan seared and cook with sauce, fish n chips Recommended recipe: Haddock or cod fillets 540g Salt and black pepper (to taste) Blood orange juice 2 tbsp Melted butter 2 tbsp Chopped garlic 1 tbsp Breadcrumbs 1/2 cup Finely chopped parsley 1/4 cup 1. Preheat oven at 230°c. Lightly grease with melted butter over baking dish. Arrange haddock in baking dish. Season with salt and black pepper. 2. Fish can be placed close to each other but not overlapping. Sprinkle blood orange juice over fish. Combine melted butter and garlic, mix and cook for 1 minute to temper. Remove from heat. 3. Add breadcrumbs and chopped parsley. Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle mixture over haddock. Bake for 8-10 minutes or just until white juices start to run. Serve hot.
