1988年創業以麵小町的特殊製法製成,超寬8cm的布烏冬。 以熱水煮5分鐘即成。 附帶2袋有豬肉成份的湯汁。
成份:
麵 — 日本麵粉、水飴糖、食鹽/酒精、加工澱粉
醬汁 — 日本醬油、糖、水飴糖、豬肉提取物、豬油脂、植物油、鰹魚、砂糖混合液糖、食鹽、蛋白水解物、海帶/調味料、酸味劑、酒精、增粘劑(黃原膠)、抗氧化劑(維他命E)、(部分含有小麥、大豆、雞肉、豬肉)
* Width of each udon sheet: 8cm
* It is recommended to put the udon sheets into the boiling water piece by piece to avoid them sticking together
* Suitable to serve both cold and hot. If serving cold, consider adding yuzu juice, or with grated ginger etc. to the soup
Boil in hot water for 5 minutes. Each pack comes with 2 bags of soup made with pork.
